Libby brings extensive experience in fundraising, marketing and logistics for large scale events, festivals and city-wide conferences, as well as intimate gatherings, meet and greets and special experiences.
After earning her degree in Hospitality Management from Kansas State University, Libby honed her skills in sales and event management at the largest conference hotel in the region. She successfully managed hundreds of clients including Major League Soccer, Major League Baseball and countless national corporations and associations hosting high level galas, multi-day conferences and city-wide events.
Libby’s experience expands to include fundraising and marketing from her background as the Special Events Manager for a renowned and well respected Kansas City non-profit, and Development Director for numerous non-profit festivals. She is credited with developing multiple new, successful events and reimagining existing signature events and the partnerships that fund them to significantly increase dollars and awareness raised for multiple entities.
Libby’s talents also include development and graphic design for digital print marketing and branding. With these skills, Libby enjoys working with brands to develop experiential moments that engage targeted and specific consumers. She has handled the design and management for onsite event engagement and interactions with national brands like Lee Jeans, Community America Credit Union, Virgin Mobile, Hop Cat and dozens more.
In 2018, Libby successfully raised over one million dollars for the events she represented. In 2019, RO+Co was established to work with organizations to execute events that are logistically smart, mission minded, profitable and recognizable. Even through the challenges presented in 2020 and 2021, the events supported by RO+Co all exceeded goals and found deeper connections.
